As part of your beauty session, our experts will utilize all of the essential items.All of the items will be genuine and original.

• What are the services provided by your beauty salon professionals?

    Hair rebonding,Hair treatment,Brightening treatment, Facial, Pedicure, Manicure are provided by 24Service’s experienced beauticians .

• Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes. After submitting your appointment 24 hours before to your service delivery, you can reschedule based on the availability of the beautician.If you cancel the service once the beautician arrives at your door, you will only be charged BDT 200 as a visiting fee.

• Do I need to give any special instruction before taking the service?

Yes.That will be much appreciated. The skin and hair of each individual differs.Before using the service, it is preferable if you describe your skin and hair type.

• Can I order for someone else?

Yes, you can. Simply include the complete address when ordering your order, and inform that person of the beauty service. Otherwise, unexpected issues may arise as a result of surprise.

• What if something goes wrong after availing a service through 24Service?

If something goes wrong after you’ve taken a beauty service, let us know.An inquiry involving three parties will be initiated (which will involve 24Service, Service Provider and the Customer). Following the conclusion of an open and transparent investigation,the problem will be identified and corrected.

• Do I have to prepare anything for the beautician ?

Keep hot water and a big bowl ready before service. If you want to use your own shampoo, please inform the service provider.
