Pricing

• Only the service fee and materials/parts costs must be paid (if taken)

If no service is provided, a fee of BDT 100 will be charged.

Payment

• You must pay by Cash On Delivery after the service is completed.

Warranty

A 7-day servicing warranty is provided by 24service. The guarantee on consumable materials/parts, on the other hand, is determined by the manufacturer.

Cancellation

If you cancel the service once the experts arrive at your door, you will only be charged BDT 100 as a visiting fee.

Precautions

Customers will be completely responsible for their personal belongings as well as the security of their household resources.

Discharging

After the service is completed, the customer releases 24service from all subsequent obligations.
